This villa is 1 of the 2 largest villas located within the resort. It is owned by one of the 2 founders of the Papagayo Beach Resort.
You will find this villa at the end and highest point where the previous helicopter landing site was.
The villa is quietly located and has beautiful views both on the front and back. On one side looking at the other villas and the sea. On the other side on the salt pans.
The villa is slightly elevated and therefore you go up a small staircase to the porch.
Here are the spacious living room with open kitchen with on the side 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
When you open the 3 roller screens of the living room, the living room and the porch are open as one space. The porch runs through into the terrace to the pool. Next to the pool are 2 palapas. You see it immediately. This is enjoying the tropics as you subconsciously always had in your mind.
The living room is spacious and high. Nice and bright too. The entire villa has a wooden floor.
On the left side (looking with the sea in the back) are 2 bedrooms which together with the 3rd bedroom (on the right side) share 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a shower with a pebble floor, a toilet and 2 sinks on a concrete base.
On the right side is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a shower as in the left side with a pebble floor, a toilet and 2 sinks on a concrete substructure.
The kitchen is composed of 2 opposite kitchen sections with kitchen blocks in parallel arrangement within them. On one side of the kitchen there is a toilet and on the other side a pantry. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a combi oven microwave, a dishwasher and an American fridge.
In the underbuild there is a double garage with storage. There is a staircase so you can get inside to the main house. There is also plenty of space to park cars in the driveway.
